Charles McBrayer
3rd Year Trustee - Navy
Comrade Trustee Bud McBrayer hails from Portsmouth, OH and served as a Communications Technician (Cryptographic Linguist) in the US Navy from 1953-1957. He was honorably discharged as a Petty Officer 2nd Class. He attended the University of Kentucky, Xavier University, Texas Christian University and Southern Methodist University, and worked at Lockheed Martin, Martin Marietta Aerospace and General Dynamics as an Aerospace Engineer, developing jet engines for aircraft and the space program.
Bud is married to Peggy Ann and has two daughters, Elizabeth and Mary Jo and four grandsons and three great grandchildren. He's been a Life Member of the Casey Joyce All-America Post 4380 since 1981 and is still serving.
